In the summer of 2019, Arasha was invited to speak at MassSTAR, a conference for young leaders in Massachusetts. She spoke about her relationship with leadership from captaining her Speech team to becoming the president of her college class.

For her sorority's annual fundraiser, "Ribbons," Arasha co-hosted the event's auction, raising money for Alpha Epsilon Phi's philanthropy called Sharsheret, a charity for Jewish women suffering from breast cancer.

As an advocate for youth activism, Arasha was a part of a panel for the League of Women Voters Chicago division. She, along other inspirational activists, discussed the importance of getting involved in community efforts early. 

After founding her school's chapter of Emerson Flows, raising hundreds of pads and pantyliners for an all-girls school in Kenya, and installing free menstrual products in her school's campus, Arasha was invited to speak at Blanquerna University's conference about her work by the Department Chair of Communication Studies.
